What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy and can be used to help with many types of problems.

Our bodies operate on many levels, including electrical, emotional, nutritional, physical and spiritual levels. Muscle testing is used to establish if there are any imbalances in the body. The person being tested will find out the root cause of the problems, and also the correct program to follow to get well again.

The goal is to teach people how to deal with stressful situations, to make them self-aware of how they thought process can influence their life. Advantage to clients is that they can improve their health and make changes at cells level.
