What is Shiatsu?

Shiatsu, which translates to “finger pressure” in Japanese, is a form of massage therapy that involves applying rhythmic pressure to specific points on the body. Unlike some Western massage techniques that focus primarily on muscle manipulation, Shiatsu targets the body’s energy pathways, known as meridians, to promote harmony and balance.
