I have gathered some important and useful information about the Corona virus and I would like to share it with you.
As we know this is pandemic. Some people will die unfortunately, most will live who have strong immune system.
Chinese government confirmed that they have been treating their patients with large doses of vitamin C 10-20 g per day and lots of people recovered.
The corona virus is known to die in 26-27 Celsius. Try not to drink icy water, drink more hot water or green tea to kill the virus. Expose yourself to direct sunlight or use sauna if you can.
The virus can stay in the tissue for 6-12 hours. Normal laundry detergent should kill the virus.
The virus can live on your skin for 5-10 minutes, but many things can happen in those 5-10 minutes so use soap to wash your hands as often as you can. You can also use essential oils (mix Eucalyptus, Thyme, Tea tree) as they are anti-microbial and they do not damage the skin.
The most important thing is to strengthen Immune system:
- Take Vitamin C as it is not only prototypical antioxidant but also involved in virus killing and prevention of viral replication; D3, Mg, Zn and Se are very important too
- Exercise daily, stretching, do breathing exercise
- Meditate
- Sleep at least 7.5 hours
- Follow an organic plant based seasonal diet, use lots of herbs (turmeric, oregano, garlic)
Do not stress or panic because once your body is in fight or flight mode the immune system shuts down and you are not protected.
