2020 is a New Decade and a perfect time to start a new chapter of your life.
In every single person’s life there are ups and downs and we have to find a way to balance ourselves.
Without a valley, there is no mountain. Life is a constant change, nothing is gonna last forever, so when you feel down just remember that this situation will change eventually.
In the last couple of months there has been a roller coaster ride in many of our friends and families lives. I have decided to write about this topic as I think it is very important to have someone you can talk to in this situations.
As a practitioner I realized that I have to look after myself to be able to help others. In your life, you should be the priority because if you are well you can look after your children, husband, family etc.
It is okay to be sad, angry, resentful or afraid, just make sure that you are not stuck in these emotions as they can make you sick. When you feel overwhelmed spend some time with yourself or get a friend and go for a walk, do yoga, do meditation or whatever helps you to balance your body and clear your mind. Be gentle with yourself, accept things the way they are and find a way to live a happy and healthy life.
It is very important to know that you are not alone. Do not be afraid to ask for help.
Remember “There is no shadow without light and no light without shadow.”
